Default Getting the Bug...

Well guys I am kinda getting the bug for Nitrous. I know, I haven't even got to realize the potential of my engine. I think with the new tranny, I will be able to run consistant mid 12's.

Nevertheless, I think using the juice once in a while would be cool. I am planning a 396 buildup eventually. Well just have to see how things go in the fall.

Give me your thoughts/recommondations.

Thanks!

Get that baby's new tranny in and work the OTHER bugs out before getting to the N2O bug. :) You have seriously hard launches compared to mine, but were losing it at the last 1/8th if I remember right where I am the opposite. Once together I think you'll be screaming.

The jet fits in the port in conjunction with the fuel injector.
Not with a superram, tolerences are tight in there for us.

Keep the comments coming.

I think your right Scorp. My car is pretty strong on the lower half and died up top. Think the tranny was weak. Actually I know it was after driving 88tripleblack's car during tuning.

I would guess, like I said before I will be running consistant mid 12's. The tune I feel is damn close if not there. We'll hash it out in a week or so. Man I can't wait.

The only down side to the NOS is that its so much better to have a really fast car without it. I love having people ask me if I am running it and then PROVE to them I am not. Their eyes go

With the kit under there, no one believes that it that fast without it. But then again you could peel off a 11.5 sec run to show them!

Well see. Keep the comments coming. I need some guidance.

Jesse - When is your Tranny coming ?

There is no reason you shouldn't be able to run 12.0's with your setup.

I have seen some example at ETOWN with the same combo as yourself running even high 11's.

Now 10.50's with the bottle is cool.

I have some nerf padding I could string throughout the car along all the wires I have running around. Would that suffice?

I would only plan on putting around 75-100 HP kit to it for starters;)

Since you are just going with a 100 shot then I think you sute go with a Dray system because I have been reading here that the SR is not a good intake for the juice because you can get fuel puddles in it.
I think you can put up to 150 shot with the dray system I think that you can even go up higher if you change the solenoids.
I would get me a NOS progressive controller then you can have it come in soft like a trubo car.
I would make sute that your fuel system is up to this so it wont go lean on you going down the track.
