Ok so I didn't pull the catalytic converter out yet but I did find that the exhaust tips the flow goes up with the RPMs except one which has no flow coming out at all. the passenger side inner tip has no flow.Is this any more helpful information?

So being that it's still cold here I pulled the ignition module out and took it to get it tested. It failed every time. Noone in town has a 7 pin so im awaiting parts. Lets hope this fixes it.

i took everyone advice and looked at the exhaust system and noticed this. one pipe is completle block on the passenger side

Both mufflers should be like that. In 85 the twin tips were fake. Only one tip was open. My 87 was that way too. It is not even a true dual exhaust. One cat feeding two mufflers.
