SIn your SIG you mention "Elec HydroBoost" - that interests me greatly and I would think also most participants.
After years of minor, reversible mods, I decided stock was no longer an option, esp given the # of '84s built. The 406 I had built drew too little vacuum to power the brakes so I decided to install a hydrobooster, versus a PS line, or electric vacuum pump.
Having relocated the battery behind the pax seat, the logical site for the pump was twixt the LF tire and L door. It certainly appears almost stock.
I'll try to get to the sticker for the options soon, but I'll swear on my Dad's ashes this '84 came with Bilsteins; a mid-year build as I recall, owned by me since early 1985; second owner behind an El Toro MCAS Marine fighter pilot..

Thanks for "both" responses, the electro/hydra-boost is most interesting. Your SPID displays the Bilstein option so a couple questions are considered "answered". Not all '84 production received the Bilsteins and your mid-year build (judging from VIN) confirms availability then. What's the production month/year on the certification label!
Your SPID also answers another question someone else had - yours is a 3.07 with the HE3 code that someone questioned in a different thread. The H is missing on the line from the snapshot but it's placement is correct.
Thanks for the SPID info that helps answer many questions others have or may have.
here is a decent reference to your original question. There are 2 different sets of shocks on the 1984 Corvette. There is a set for W/ Heavy Duty and a set for W/O Heavy Duty. You can find them all at GMPartshouse. Heres a link. The only ones i didnt see still in stock were the rear HD.
The '84 Z51 option required the FG3 shocks which were called Delco-Bilstein shocks.
From the 1984 dealer order guide:
I believe that reads backwards you have to order z51 package to order the bilstein shocks when it became available. Its the same as my 89's order for the car to have its sports seats it required z51 to be ordered not visaversa along with power pax and driver options. My order guide for 89 is labeled for the seats the same as your 84 order guide for the shocks.

Yes, re-reading it, that makes more sense. I checked my rpo and it has the Z51 - Performance handling package, FE7 - High performance suspension, and F51 - Heavy duty shock absorber, but not the FG3 - Preloaded gas shock absorbers.
