Default Missing wires for one knock sensor and O2 sensor

The previous owner of my 95 LT1 is really making my life difficult right now. My newly acquired 95 LT1 was throwing check check engine codes for oxygen sensors and knock sensors. I got the car up on a lift today, and I got the two upstream oxygen sensors (closer to the engine) replaced without any trouble, but the driver's side downstream (closer to end of exhaust) oxygen sensor wires are missing. It appears the previous owner cut the wires and tried to remove the sensor with a pair of pliers. I have not been able to locate the other cut end of the wires or wiring harness that leads away from the sensor. Where exactly do the wires to the driver side sensor go? Next issue...

I replaced both knock sensors, but the passenger side knock sensor wire was missing as well. The sensor cap was in place with no wire. Does the wiring harness near the starter contain the knock sensor wire? It also appears the previous owner did some "extra" wiring in that harness. I have traced a yellow wire from that harness that goes all the way to the temperature sending unit under the hood. There was a bracket dangling from that yellow wire that I also cannot figure out. Can anyone ID this bracket? Any help or information is greatly appreciated.

The connectors are readily available. Advance Auto had them in stock for my '85. They are available online as well.

Not sure if on the 95' if the downstream O2 sensor is on driver side but on 94' it's on passenger side. The wires for both downstream O2 and knock sensor are on the same bundle as the engine temp sensor ( the bracket you hold is for that) the starter wire and the upstream O2. My bad picture shows the bracket and wires and connectors, I'm redoing my wiring and it's a blast. Hope this helps.

Better picture at least of the connectors. I'm dealing with a transplanted Camaro LT1 engine in mine.
