90K Mile Service?

What I was wondering is this... Does anyone on the list have a breakdown or itemized list of what gets done at the dealership during this routine sevice? I could perform most of the service checks and take it somewhere for the tranny flush and tasks that I can't perform in my garage.
or.... should I bit the bullet and let them do it?
any recomendations?

But i wouldnt take it to the dealer, them guys are idiots. Not sure about all they would look at, but i have decent idea.
At 90K, if it hasnt been done before or recently check brake pads, brake fluid change and bleed them. Check the brake hoses too, for cracking or holes.
Change tranny fluid and filter, oil and filter to the best filter you can find (NOT FRAM!) preferably Mobil 1 5w or 10w30 oil.
wheel bearings, rear differential fluid start downhilll at 100k, U-joints too
Shocks go downhill at about 75K.
flush coolant, new thermostat (stock or 160, your choice), clean off the front of the radiator (i doubt they do this, but they should), water pump should be replaced before it goes and pukes on the opti
thats all i can think of at the moment, somebody with an LT1 will know more
Oil change/filter
Auto trans new filter, flush and add Mobil1 if its an auto trans.
Manual trans, add Castrol Synth and flush the clutch
Flush Brakes
Fresh coolant
New fuel filter
Fresh Valvoline Power steering fluid
Rear diff, Mobil1 75W-90 lube, one bottle of additive
Chassis lube
That's all I can think of.
