HELP! :( VATS trouble...damned code 46!!!!
Ok so a few weeks ago i was going to move my car at work, hop in and turn the key.... Nothing. dash lights up, everything comes alive but the motor. Security flashes when the key is turned. OK, i check the olms on the key, then check on the 2 wires under the dash. There is a .001v difference, close enough for me. ok so my ignition switch, and key are still good...
I jumpered the starter, cranks but wont run
no power getting to starter through the relay, still have code 46, i call the local dealers corvette mechanic, he tells me to change the vats module... 320 bucks plus new key... (ouch) put it in, and the girl still isnt cranking. Fuses are all ok and im at a loss, Could it be the starter relay? but if it is, why the code 46?

update: *i checked the park-neutral switch, no power there
*fuel system working properly
*im going to check the neutral switch---im thinking my ignition
switch may have gone out
still looking for help and input :confused:
