Is this a '94-96 front spring?
Hi,
I bought a front spring for a '91 C4 and got one that does look like someone has cut the ends and attatched two little pads each end. Seller says that it is a '94-96 spring and these ends/pads are OEM. Is that right?
I took some pics with a '85 spring as comparison:

Yes that is a late C4 front spring. What is the letter code that is "tattooed" on the spring?
