im rebuilding my 86 350 but all my vacume line are toast!
broken every where,what to replace with,new plastic or go to rubber

You should be able to nearly duplicate the original using nylon tubing and some nipples and couplings that are available. To keep it very clean you may need to be somewhat creative and snagging some salvage at an older salvage yard could be a big plus. Patience!
Nylon with nice nipples and connectors certainly offer up an appearance plus!
I had a couple of bad hoses when I got mine. I bought about 5' of hose, replaced the bad ones and looked for others. Anything that looked bad was replaced then when that was done I used the rest to change out anything that looked 'old'. Seems to have taken care of a lot of issues.
There is one "harness" (as GM calls it) available (part number 14082463 -- pretty cheap and avoids the hassle of putting together a bunch of pieces):
You can buy the plastic vacuum tubing at any auto parts store. It's very sensitive to heat. I tried heating it with a heat gun to bend it and it melted. I found that I could run the tubing and the heat of the engine would "form" it after a while.
