Default Oops forgot reassembly order

It's been a few days since I removed steering wheel off '89, to replace the high beam actuator. I didn't lose any part, but I forgot re-assembly order. I have turn signal cancel cam, larger metal ring, and an insulator. I believe plastic cancel cam goes on first, metal ring, lock plate then the insulator, after everything else is on. FSM very vague about the order.

Got it back together. He plastic piece goes on (signal cancel), then the metal plate. The steering lock pin comes up through this plate. Then the lock plate. I made a "set screw" to keep the telescoping shaft in tight until the lock plate was installed. Once the lock plate is in place, the wedge in the shaft is held by the plate. I'm waiting on the insulator (it's on it's way) then the wheel can go back on. Last week I knew nothing about fixing these items, next week I'll probably forget it all. I don't need Yoga, I got a pair of C4's that are trying to out-do each other for my attention. When nothing is broken, they are just resting.
