I saw that car in one of the Corvette rags. I doubt it's a real GS, the side vents are the earlier pre 95 type.

I like streetable Corvettes. Might as well just build up a rail job instead of violating a Corvette like that :(

But hey, that's me.

To each his (or her) own...

That's one BAAAD C4! No, it's NOT a GS, so it's ok. It probably was just a typical 91-95. Still, BAD C4!
TNT- I seen in CarCraft, they had a 73 Pontiac Ventura with a 468bbc that ran 8.14's with a motor built by FastTimesMotorworks.

I saw it in Chevy Hi Performance I think. The magazine said it had a 331c.i.? I thought that was kind of a strange size. Anyways it looks pretty fast to me.

I don't know why people take a car like a vette which wasn't really designed for drag use and make it do that, but thats just my opinion.

Then again, this will help increase the value of the unmodded ones in the future.

Interesting thing about a C4 turned into a dedicated drag car - after installing a live rear axle inplace of the IRS, they make good drag cars: reasonable aerodynamic profile, chassis has ability to handle substantial power, and they tend to drive straight under acceleration.

I fully agree. They make great drag cars to a point even with the IRS still in place. The best part is that they drive straight as an arrow and are very stable at high speeds.

I personally like the wheelie bars sticking out the back. Been to the track lately? Many cars that run single digits, look no where near that clean. Nice car.
