Should all the lights in the DIC come on when you first start the car?
Or, Is there an easy way to tell if the bulbs are working?
With the "key-on" before crank there will depending on options be an assortment of "bulb checks" done by the CCM. Do you have a FSM? It would be in it. There was a thread just last week that had a "snapshot" of I believe a '91 DIC in "bulb check".
See post #4 this thread and I listed the possible "tell-tales" left to right from the FSM in that same thread. You should be able to easily figure out what you have/need.
