Default air pump delete question

im thinking of buying an air pump delete kit from exotic muscle.
they have one for 85-86 and another one for 87-91.
my vette is an 85 but i like the looks of the 87-91 kit better, do you think that the later kit would work on my car?

I'm just guessing, but I think if they list a different part, then there's probably some differences in the way it mounts up. You better get the one listed for your car.

yes but zip lists their air pump delete kit as an 84-91 product. Does anyone know what was changed in the way that the air pump was mounted between 86 and 87?

I really dont think there is much of a difference. Here is one by BPP and they are a supporting vendor too.
