No Power programmer for my 91? What is comparable?
I was going to order a Power Programmer today and just found out that dont have one for my 91?
Does someone know of something thats comparable?

91's have chips in them, you have to have it reprogrammed
only 94-96's with programmable computers have Power Programmers available

What about the tranning. What can be done to improve the shift points without getting into the tranning itself.

the computer only controls lockup in 4th i think

I have heard something about a mod that you can get That controlls the shift points with out getting into the tranning.

JR says. Hello. (blk91) with all those postings you should have known that the 91 was pre OBDII. :D And yes the chip controls torque converter lock-up . There are delay harness's for your 701 trans. that elimate lock-up in 1st - 3rd gear & delay 4th gear lock-up. Good luck :flag PS I may be a JR on the Fourm , but not on Vettes !

Although I has more posts than you it does not mean I am a good machanic.
