Default No Voltage to C68 Programmer

Hello,
I've tried to find something in existing posts to help, but have not come across anything.
Do the wires that provide constant 12V, IGN, and ground go thruogh the factory wire harness or something?
I have nothing at the blue connector going to my programmer and the only thing that has changed is I did a complete removal of the Bose system and put in my own.
Any insight would be appreciated.
Also, I do have the FSMs
BTW this is a 91
Thanks

Did the HVAC function properly before you pulled the Bose??

Not sure if it applies to your '91 but my '88 C68 gets +12Vdc from a Pnk/Blk wire from the Gauges Fuse hot in run; a Orn wire from the Ctsy/Ckl Fuse hot all the time.

There is also a Gry/Wht wire from the Bose for display diming.

On my 90 when I pulled the bose it had no effect on the C68 programmer.

Thank you both. Been working on it all day today not to mention all the previous days. I found a connector full of mouse whiz and green connectors near where the Radio unit used to be.
I re-spliced them all and went back through all the troubleshooting and I am left with everything good except the blower. The tan wire at the blower module that is supposed to vary through the fan range stays right at 6.9V all the time. Searching for more connector issues.

Got it. More mouse whiz connectors. The purple and tan wires were corroded at the connector by the fuse boxes. It had a mouse when I bought it over a year ago and I'm still finding presents it left. Works good now. I just thought about the radio because I was searching for things I changed but corrosion goes at it's own pace. Just a coincidence. working great now.
