Brake makes hissing noise ?
Thanks for any help...
Thanks for the reply..i was thinking the same but i have a great brake on the first push of the brake then after that, each one gets harder.
does that sound right ??
i do have the one way bleeder valves in so after i put the new pads in i just gave each side in front ONE push of the pedal to bleed them. power unit was fine until that ???

The same thing happened to me TWICE!! after bleeding the brakes, was fine before and i replaced the brake pads and replaced the brake fluid and the booster diaphragm failed. Had a hissing sound afterwards and had to replace the booster.
Seems that the extra travel when bleeding the brakes tears the old diaphragm

I gravity bleed the brakes now, i do not want to take my chances.
