Default 94 transmission problems

The car is not shifting right. It goes from first to second and stays there unless I take my foot off the gas. Then it goes to third. But as soon as I give it gas, it jumps back to second. Accouple of weeks ago it wasn't going into overdrive. It's definitely getting worse. Any thoughts? I had my trans flushed and new filter last year.Fluid level seems to be fine.

First steps would be to check the fluid level and make sure it isn't burnt. Then I would check the TV cable adjustment.

94 is the 4L60e transmission, so there's no adjustable TV cable. It's the electronic version of the 700R4

Today it's working fine. Not sure what the problem is.

Also, check the "Throttle Position Sensor". They can go bad and do really strange things to a transmission shift pattern. It's an easy sensor to check.
