Here us a video of the data log I did this morning. It is only a recording of half the log. I recorder it from.right before the issues started to happen. As you can see on the graph below spark starts to fall off alot. I know you can't diagnose the car and crazy issues by data logging buy I'm hoping someone will see something I've dont. I plan on pulling the opti tonight.

The first thing I noticed is that the short term and long term fuel trims are stuck at 128. That is an indication that you're in open loop mode. I see that you mentioned earlier that the tune locked out closed loop mode, so that seems reasonable.

The thing that surprised me was the knock counts. I saw the advance go down to 3° at one point, but thought it was strange that the retard stayed on 0. I suggest disconnecting the knock sensor(s) for a test. I think the ESC module is inside the ECM on your car, so that would make it difficult to take out of the picture. For comparison, my car will show a few knock counts at startup (it's supposed to do that -- the ECM tests the ESC system at startup), but none when it's running.

It's possible your knock sensors aren't the correct ones for your car. I think your car has two -- not sure about that.

I did disconnect them and drive the car around. Did the exact same thing. When you log your car you don't see knock counts like that? I'm fairly new to this tunning side of things so I have alot to learn.

Also my car has a 2 bar map sensor so I believe that changes alot of stuff on the log!

Also- I pulled the opti and it looks brand new inside and out. No moisture. Nothing.
