C4 Seat Motors
Anyone know if there is a rebuild kit for power seat motors for an 89? Mine only work in two directions and I want to see if it's possible to rebuild them myself before I pay someone like Eckler's ~$200 per side. Also, what are the specific parts that wear out in the seat motors?

I bought a seat frame from one of the on-line Vette Junk dealers/dismantlers. Look through e-bay for Corvette. These will be the guys with lots of odd parts for sale. E-mail them for availability and price. I got one used for ~$80. Now I've got a couple of spare motors if this one goes out.
