Default cooling questions

can anyone tell me which cooling guage on the panel of a 94 vette is more accurate? if digital guage reads 205 the dial guage reads 230 etc. I also flushed out the cooling system but was never able to get any coolant to bleed out of the throttle body bleeder. this doesnt seem right to me can anyone shed any light on this?

thanks

Welcome to the forum

That wierd that it's doing that. My GFs dad's 94 reads the same temp with both gauges. Are these two gauges run by the same sensor? My first instenct would be that the analog gauge would be more accurate but I am sure someone with more expertise with LT-1's will clearify.

according to the owners manual the digital is the most accurate. The analog is more or less for reference.

 Same problem here. Both my digital oil temp and coolant temp differ from the gauges. I go by the digital, because it's higher. Sometimes a little too high  :seeya
