Default Dtc72 abs

The service ABS light is on and I have a code 72 (93 vett. 6 spd) When I try to get codes from module 9 it shows "ERR". The FSM states; If ABS/ASR dtc72 is set and ccm dtc41 is not the malfunction is likely to be an open between the EBTCM and the CCM. Does anybody know what the EBTCM is? I realize this is probably a short somewhere between the ccm and the ABS unit right? Anybody had this code and have any ideas?

The code 72 is a fault in communication on the serial data line from the Electronic Brake Traction Control Module and the CCM and that's why you have the err displayed. The 5E section of the FSM should have pretty straight forward diagnostics for it.

The EBTCM is in the LH storage compartment. Look in the rear of Book 2 of the FSM for component locations. Section 8A-201-xx likely.
