101 is maf system performance
108 is map sensor circiut high voltage
The only actual step I took was replace the pcv valve.
I don't appear to have any vacuum leaks.
There doesn't appear to be any driveability issues, no stumbling, surging, or anything like that.
It has a hotcam, and runs on stock tune. No misfire codes or anything of that nature.
I did put in a 22lb flywheel and new clutch last year. I mention this because the FSM states that part of the maf and map program is related to the VSS. However, the codes didn't show up until well after that swap was done, so I don't think the VSS is the issue.
The car has a little over 160K miles. Stock manifolds and currently catless exhaust.
If you clear the codes do they come back? Might be a history you're seeing.
When I clear them they do come back, but not right away. I don't drive it everyday, but I do drive it at least three to four times a week. So it's really hard to tell in terms of hours of driving or miles driven.
Also if I don't clear the code, the MIL will go off on it's own. Yesterday I pulled the map sensor and cleaned it. I think I'm going to try and access to a volt meter and see what's going on there.
