cooling system and transmission
My 95 vette cooling fans do not come on when a/c is off. They will come on when I turn the a/c on. How do I diagnose this problem to determine where the issue is at?
Is there a detent adjustment on the transmission. If there is how do I adjust it.

How high has the temp gotten w/o AC on? The factory settings are a little higher than you might think.
Not sure what you're asking about the transmission. The shifter shaft inside the tranny case has a detent on it. Is your shifter not cooperating with the transmission to stay in the gear you selected?

Low speed doesn't come on until around 228°... Hi speed around 238°
Low speed comes on with your A/C which is, apparently, working as it should.
