sorry, I can't help you. I did install boschIII's on my 96 LT1, but I don't remember the injector details. I'm guessing they had double O-rings. probably the best thing to do, is PM Jon @ FIC. having just done injectors on my 90, I do know that on L98's boschIII's need the second O-ring.

Use the two O rings at the bottom of the injector that goes into the inlet manifold, i did not know that when i fitted my bosch 111 injectors. Had everything together and started her fuel was leaking from the fuel rail to injector. the bosch injectors are slightly shorter and will be pushed down into the inlet manifold causing a leak as the injectors pop down from the fuel pressure.
I managed to get the original clips to hold the bosch injectors and never had a problem since, i now know FIC gives injectors with 3 ''o'' rings on each injector one at the top and two at the bottom as a remedy. The ecm will still vary the injector pulse widths to keep the mixture right even if there are small diferences between injectors.
