Default which is accurate?

My digital temperature guage or the analog guage? My analog guage was jumping up and down and the digital guage only moved a few degrees. Also my analog guage has two marks on the guage with no numbers. What temps do these refer to?

Sounds like you have a bad analog gauge. What's the digital one reading? I read 194 when moving (35+ MPH). I don't remember the exact places the analog gauge is marked off at, but it was a matter of doing some math to figure out what it's reading.

or a bad Sensor.. I believe both the digital and analog are read from different sensors. Also the didgital readings route fromt he Sensor to the ECM/PCM then to the CCM/BCM then to the digital reading on the cluster. Where the Analog is a direct connect to a sensor
