Hello, I was very upset when I had to remove my accumulator to install my supercharger but refuse to let the car go without A/C. The supercharger kit calls for the accumulator to be moved along the frame rail closer to the driver side, how ever.. I also have a electric water pump and this is causing a major issue!
So I need opinions, Can I find a smaller accumulator to install on the car? Is there a point that it would be to close to the AC compressor? Does anyone have any suggestions?

I suppose you must have a 92-96 corvette there was no need for me to move the accumulator on my 85 TPI .
Can you move the accumulator without disconnecting the hoses?
You may be able to move it out of the way. You can get several different type accumulators however they may not have the same size threads?
If not get longer hoses made so you can relocate the accumulator, you can get them made to specification.
There is no need to have the accumulator in the same spot, as long as it is there in the return to the compressor you can move it without any problems.
