ses won't reset/clear

My 93 doesn't reset ses light when battery is disconnected. Shows a temp under code and an opti code. It seems to run properly with no problems. Can codes get stuck in ecm ?

nope, they come back... and that means you have a problem here...

What are the codes?

15 and 16. This is what is throwing me off. How can you have a 15 upon start up after clearing? Help !

Why couldn't you? Have you done any diagnostics at all? Do you understand what the code 15 is? Both codes you mention are very easily diagnosed and the diagnostic charts for both codes I believe are probably only half page long.

Have you thrown any parts at it yet? If yes what and do you know they were correct parts? Do you have a FSM?
