Need help selecting seat covers
I wanted to order my seat covers today but I got comfused :crazy: with the perferation stuff. Should I be getting the non perferated covers or what. The seat covers are the standard vinyl ones for an 86 vette.
Also does anyone happen to know how to remove a shifter **** off the shifter. I read about some c clip of some sort that you have to pull out but I just can't seem to find it. :chevy

I've seen the Wet Okie seat covers that Mr.Mojo installed in his original red Vette and what a fine result it was.
I would get perfs if yours now have them else not. You might consider upgrading to leather seat covers for a nice change.
To access the C-clip on an A4 shifter, pop the shifter button and look inside the ****. The C-clip is around the top of the shifter lever at the base of the ****.
I got a C-clip tool set from Sears to access mine. It takes a long slender tool to get at that clip. If the know hasn't been off it may take some persuasion to break it free from the shaft.
