Today I spent most of the day chasing a dang rattle in the rear of my 92. During this process I had the car up on jack stands and found that I can wiggle my rear tire(S) a bit. If I grab the tire at the 7&2 o'clock on the passenger side and wiggle it I get some minor play up towards the door handle. I cant seem to figure out where its coming from. All the bushings look good. All the bolts are tight as possible. The only thing I can figure is when the load is off the rear suspension the trailing arms allow it to move just a bit on both sides. Both rear tires do the exact same thing.
I do have coilovers on the car so the transverse spring is gone. I can see how maybe the mounting spot for the "bolts" for the spring may have gave it some support.
