Full throttle acceleration car cuts out
Ever since I have had the car it does this when the fuel guage is below half way. If the fuel gauge shows 4 bars full or less and I give it full throttle it will fall flat on it's face until I let off the gas. The car usually won't go through the full rpm range in one gear before it happens.
I just figured that there is not enough gas in the tank. It never happens with a half tank or better. It this normal for a LT4 car?

You obviously are experiencing a fuel flow problem. When the tank is full, the pressure at the supply is greatest allowing for least amount of resistance for proper flow in the fule line.The simplest to replace would be the fuel filter. I would change that, then I would test for fuel pressure at the engine. And if the problem persists, I would inspect the pickup tube and screen in the tank. Perhaps, you might even find out that you have a weak fuel pump which is unlikely but possible.

we've had a few discussions about this before. gm definitely dropped the ball on this. many auto-xers find C4s unraceable without close to a full tank.
this pissed me off so much that i looked into a fuel cell. fuel safe makes a drop-in replacement, using the stock shell. it's outrageously expensive, and they need a core. i haven't decided whether to live with the stock setup, or figure out how to install a generic race cell.
