I have a 1994 with an ACCEL 300+ ignition. Does anyone have the wiring or install instructions? It was on it when I got it and I am not sure of the connections.
Do yourself a big favor and do NOT install the 300+ on your '94. Outside of having an opti in good condition and running quality performance ignition wires (I like the Taylor Spiro Pro 10.4mm) the only other ignition change you should do is to install a low impedence coil (standard on '96+ LT1's), I use the MSD coil that has the right connector for the '92 - '95.
Otherwise, the only thing you will gain is less reliability and a shorter opti life. The Opti ignition does not like any multi strike ignition box.
The Mr. Gasket site is down for some reason but I believe they probably have the manual online. Try the site later: http://www.mrgasket.com. I don't have Opti so my instructions might not help.

really? I have a new 300+ system I as gonna install, and was going to ask some opinions of others who have used it. Any1 else have it? Is a MSD6 box any better??
I did experiment with the 300+, no additional power could be found on the dyno over several tuning sessions. What I did gain was unreliability, I went through three 300+ systems that either outright failed or had performance issues, and I know of a vendor that stopped carrying it due to excessive returns. The first one would NOT multistrike only on cylinder #1. Sent it back, next one had a performance issue that escapes me at the moment, something like it was breaking uphad weak ignition in the upper rpms. The third replacement outright failed a little while after installation. Not many people would take the trouble of scoping their ignition systems and evaluating via chassis dyno runs in relation to products like this, but I did. All of the testing was done with a fresh opti. As much as I wanted this product to work, my car has been completely reliable in the ignition dept since I REMOVED the 300+. I still have the fourth replacement, new in the box, I should just throw it away as I would not feel good passing it on to anyone (no emails asking for it please).
There is more I could say, but I know it is hard to convince people that a stock fresh opti with a low impedence coil and good ignition wires is all most people need. If you have a turbo or supercharger or nitrous then get the MSD unit that can power adder reference spark delay.
I've not had any problems with mine so far, mounting away from heat, etc. is key with any add-on ignition box (not saying that was the reason they failed). The Accel was smaller and gave me more mounting options. If I ever have problems with it I will go to MSD 6AL.
