Hi
I´m wondering if when I turn on the AC, the secondary fan, like the primary, MUST turn on.
It is a 93 with electronic AC which works very well, either cold or warm.
As the car doesn´t has temperature issues, the secodary fan never turns on, but I know the electric motor works because i forced a trouble code disconnecting the MAF sensor and saw the two fans working together.
If the fan must turn on with the AC, where can i look to find the problem?
thanks in advance

I took a look in the 93 service manual and it tells the secondary fan is controlled by the ECM and is activated when. the following occur
A/C head pressure is above 225 psi
when any ECM diagnostic code is set
ECT above 277deg F
engine oil temp. 278deg F
thanks!
yes, i mean that fan, the one on passengers side.
225 psi on A/C head, is an issue?
what is ECT?
Sorry, but i´m new with Corvettes and english it´s not mt language, therefore at the moment i´m not familiar with certain terms and abbreviations.
