Do you have the conventional lamps for stop & turn OR is this an EXPORT car? There's quite a difference in the wiring, if it's EXPORT lamps were the lamps added or is it actually an EXPORT car?
On the SPID label there would be a T90 if it were originally an EXPORT build. I believe in '95 the SPID label was moved to the storage compartment passenger side behind seat BUT there are occasions when it's been mentioned console door.
@wvzr-1
my Corvette actually has an American oem tailight...
I don't know if in the past was an European taillight installed on
There's a grey single wire not engaged in the tail section and no other, but I have four red blinkers
The spid is side passenger storage I will check it later, I'm not with car now
Does the power antenna work? The only gray I'm familiar with is a gray to I believe the relay. There certainly could be more gray but it's all I recall. Where is it? Center of car, left or right side? Behind the bumper fascia or in the storage compartment. What all doesn't work on your car? What happens when HAZARD FLASHER is used when the headlamps are turned on?
Power antenna works good, grey wire is on left side above the wheel fender inside, maybe that it was used once in case the car was equipped ( i don't know really)with euro tail...
some video link about blinker, to get a better idea

Blinker has normal speed when tail and parking light turned off
Turning on tail and parking light then engaging the blinker these flashing more slowly
That's normal.
When the parking lamps are Off, if you turn the turn signal On, you
will see the side marker light and the front turn signal light blink at the same time.
With the parking lamps On and the turn signal On, the side marker light and the front turn signal light blink at opposite times.
This is due to the way the side marker bulb is wired. It has no direct path to ground.
If you want the same blinker rate with the Parking lights On or Off you need to purchase a Non Load Sensitive flasher.

Thank you Yes I know this I've read it on service manual...
I'm speaking about turn signal:
Front and rear turn signal blink 80 times per minute (without any other lamps engage) When I turn on parking and tail light turn signal go down 70 times per minute...
I don't know how many $$ or what the shipping is for that flasher but it's used. I would think you could accomplish what you want to accomplish "locally" and I'd suggest you do that. Generally speaking flashers are marketed to flash 60 - 120 times per minute and it depends on the loads. You may actually have to try a couple different to arrive at a flashing rate that suits you.
You might ask what the required rate is for your safety inspections and what flashing rates your car builders use in your country.
