Headlamp adjust
I have a 1990 C4 - the right head lamp recently started to fail. It does not come all of the way up or open. Do the ***** at the top of the actuator control how the lamp opens ?. I can hear the actuators working, but the lamp does not always open properly. Any ideas?

The ***** are to manually open the lights should they fail to open.
Chances are the bushings in the assembly are toast. There have been many posts in the past on this issue. Check out this youtube video.....
