Default Reliable Engine builder

I need some input on reliable shops to build a street/strip 383, mainly to be used in street.
The idea is to have a Builder (example: Jegs, Shafiroff..summit ecc) and have a long block assembled with or without cam installed.
Im in Italy so when received the built engine..
... buy parts like heads and accessories to finish the build .

thanks
-Beppe-

Hi Beppe, never heard about TRI Star Engine.I discover this builder surfin' the Net.These guys at Tri Star Use ,in their top end aplication NEW DART block. They give you a wide choice of customization, between cams, forged internals, and dressing.i'm interested in their 406 ci,it uses a NEW DART block. here the link

Tristar are pretty good to deal with, I had them build me a 383 short and ship it to Australia, no problems

new rear tyres if you put that monster in your car !

thats a pretty stout engine, and $6,300 is a good price for that setup (forged crank another $500).

you might want to get a cam with less duration if your running with a computer EFI ?

i was reffering to TRI STAR ENGINE they use rebuild block in their entry level build,in the PRO series they use new Dart, not rebuild/machined block but new from the foundry.
