Does not matter....
you don't have a code 19 in the OBD-I ECM.
Make sure your new scan-tool is for the OBD-I system. There are FEW that do read and correctly display OBD-I codes. They did change and MANY new codes were added to the OBD-II after a few years. The 2 systems are not compatible, or interchange (???) Interface? who knows what geek terminology I'm struggling to find !

Just curious, why did you buy all that stuff? what indicated it was bad? That list of parts usually means someone guessed at what was probably a cheap, easy fix but instead, you or someone threw parts at it and got lucky?
That fuel pump was an easy fix....

The parts guy is gonna be bummed out now.
NEXT !

BTW........you don't have a MAP sensor either. if somebody sold you one for your 87, take it back or wait till you buy a 92 or 93
(last of the L98 and the early LTs were SD systems)

See this error code list:

If you really did have a high voltage problem the error code would be 53.
