You can spend ALOT of money on the Kent Moore tool or a few bucks at any place that sells Highlighters.....Target, WalMart, grocery store, etc.
You can do a search here on the Forum or a Google search to find the video that shows how to make one.
Very easy to do and only costs about $3.
