CSI Electric Water Pump
Anyone use one of these on a vette? It says for camaros and firebirds on the website...anyone know why only these cars?

Well, from what I could find in the forum archives, the general opinion of the CSI for the LT1 is that it is crap :smash:
I ordered the HD Meziere pump for $215 and have all the parts for an optispark upgrade to a '95 unit on the way. Hopefully I won't have to spend any more money on the car for a few months!!!

Have a brand new mezziere + a 95 waterpump if anyone needs :D 185 for both. This way you can take your old pump off and not have to hammer the crap out of it.

I have a CSI pump on my '92, and I am very pleased with it. I only have about 2k miles on it so far, but I haven't had a bit of trouble with it. The CSI has a billet impeller with a billet housing, and is a qulality product. The pump has a one year parts and labor warranty also. I haven't seen any of the MEZIERE pumps in person, so I can't help you there. If you decide to go with the CSI shoot me an e-mail if you have any questions. :seeya
