Past feeling stupid changed tps and I can't get it to stop impeading the throttel . The retainer on the tps is rubbing on the screw .


This is the orgionsl tps a different throttle body. Have been using another tps for 6 months the same style . Do I need a different tps for this throttle body?

ground off excess plastic will check in morning and see it that worked.

Sanded down plastic shaft
Installed set to .54 without a problem. throttle and sensor not hanging up anymore
cranks won't start battery low charging

lots of time to play with it today

Was curious as to any performance improvement you may have seen with the Throttle body change. Was it worth it?
