FX3 code 21 - cannot get it to clear
Hi long time lurker here... most of my questions/problems have already been answered so I never post.
1992 41,000 miles. Ride control light has been on for about a year.. finally tackling the job or trying to. Getting a code 21 and cannot figure out why. I test the voltage as outlined in manual and everything is 5 volts.
I swapped actuators from drivers side to pass side. Still have a code 21. The gear on top of shock turns freely - just very slight resistance (like the pass side does). It only turns the 80 degrees, gear is not broken.
I cannot get the code to clear.. I ground 3 times for 2 seconds each, 5 times for 2 seconds each(as outlined in another post) and the light will go out for a second and come right back on. Not sure what is going on... any thoughts??

Code 21 is a left front time out. Maybe give Captain Z a call?

Code 21 is a left front time out. Maybe give Captain Z a call?
