1996 corvette hid kit
I have a 1996 corvette base model. Have upgraded the fog lights ti HID, but cannot find a headlight hid kit. Already replaced the housings with Hella conversion housings. I bought a kit from Corvette Mods, and the instructions for install were ridiculous. Instructions were showing me how to install cables that did not even come with the kit. Come to find out incorrect cables were sent out. Sent it back(major headache). Has anyone had any success with any other vendors?(BTW, these need to be bi xenon for hi and low beam). Thank you in advance

I ordered HIDs. from www.corvettehid.com at Carlisle. I'm waiting for them to be delivered. I'll let you know how it goes. They had a show special and looked to be good quality.

Best to do some reading they are illegal if you don't do it right not cheap and you can be left holding the bag. Look at Daniel Stearns website a lot of good info.

I had a bad one and they exchanged it for one that works fine. I took the bad one apart and it had a manufacturing defect. Poor workmanship at the factory.
