I am very interested in doing the LED upgrade... but the price is still scary... and since no one has ever been arrested for using Hella's, I will continue to do so.
I am curious... why do Hella conversion say "US DOT LEGAL" on them if they are not legal?

There's another LED light thread from about a week ago that was discussing this very issue. I know my 96 has this issue with my LED lights, I have a possible fix I'm going to try but it'll be another week and a half before I get back home to the car to actually give it a try.
