Default Dog bone / trailing link dimensions for bushings

I have poly bushings in my rear trailing arms that are binding. I cant find stock replacement bushings but would also like something wont deflect under load. I really like the Banski rods but they are alot of money, so i went searching for other options that i could install in the original arms. I found some that may work but i need the bushing OD or link ID, I know the bracket is 1 3/4 wide with a 1/2 bolt hole.

Summit Flex Joint

The Summit Machine Flex Joint is going on five years of perfection. You will not find a higher quality, better functioning "Cartridge Style" joint than the Summit Machine Flex Joint.

A rebuildable spherical joint for the builder on a budget. Housing is unplated steel for easy welding. Races are molded from Nylatron GS, which is a grade of nylon (a proprietary nylon mixture) created specifically for bearing applications which has undergone years of study and perfection. The Nylatron GS races along with our ultra smooth machined and Nickel plated pivot ball achieve ultra long service years and lube-less "if you choose" performance. Case studies have proven that our flex joints have surpassed over 2 years (and still counting!) with no service or grease and are still as tight as the day they were assembled!

Any help is appreciated, I know somebody has to have a trailing arm sitting in the garage.
