Diacom Question...

I have had issues with Diacom also. Mostly on 86-87's. I get high coolant temps for the computer(not the gauge). They turn out to be false every time. I have an Auto X-ray also so that's how I know. Also all the numbers seem to update very slow sometimes. Kinda like the older 85 cars. I have Diacom + version 2.85 on my laptop. What version did they send you? Could you send me a copy of what they sent you because I'm sure they won't be able to send me anything till Monday and we are testing and tuning this weekend.
As a side note: I also have Autotap for the newer cars. The problem is Diacom won't do 95's and Autotap won't do 95's. I went to the junkyard. Bought 1 OBD-1 and 1 OBD-2 connector and fabricated my own cables to hook my Diacom and Auto X-ray up to the 95's. Works great on the Auto X-ray but still haven't got the Diacom to do much. I have contacted Diacom 3 different times about the 95 issue and they have never responded. :mad Therefore I thought they we not interested in us after the sale. :confused: Glad to see I was wrong in your case. Maybe we can all put our heads togeather and work out a fix for the 95's and Diacom. I know I'm not the only one that would like to find a fix. :D
