Default derale deep pan
Hey gents, I am installing a deep derale pan on my 87 c4 with a 700r4 trans. Have any of ya'll done this mod??and if so did the stock trans filter work.. On the derale website the only one that I saw needing a filter exstension tube was for the turbo 400. thanks for any info that anyone has..Gary

Just use your stock filter..Been running that way for years

The TCI performance filter neck is a little longer. I don't rem the part number but I think I posted in the thread I posted about pan clearance last year.

When I installed my Derale pan it looked to low. It was lower than my exhaust. I didn't like it. I decided to buy another one.

just my experience.
