OK, I snuck over here from the C3 side, I am putting a stock L98 engine into my C3. I have the pump, lines etc all worked out except for one problem. I have a fuel rail that has 2 Saginaw 3/8 fittings in it. I have a set of c4 fuel lines from the rail to the frame with one 3/8 saginaw and one 5/16 saginaw. I am installing nylon OEM type lines, and would like to keep the 5/16 fitting, since that is what the return line is. Does anyone make a reducer to go from the 3/8 to 5/16 saginaw? If not, what year c/4 had the 2 different size fittings in case I need to look for a fuel rail set up like that. Also, I don't want to do the AN set up. Thanks.
yes, those are the ones.I didn't realize some of these rails have different fittings ( supply & return) and some are the same. And they are all for the corvette, since they are om the r ( passenger) side.
the car has one that is 16 and one that is 14 ( I think those might be the right numbers). One is larger- the supply for the 3/8 line, and the other - the return for the 5/16 line, is smaller.
I doubt the C3 will have metric fuel fittings, but I don't know what they are. In order to find an adapter the fittings for both the engine, and the lines in the car it is going in are needed.
