Default Idle problems

Hoping someone may have an idea why my '86 stock coupe (Automatic) is idling very high. In park its idling at 13-1400 rpm and in gear it idling at 1100 rpm. I backed the idle set screw to the point it is not touching the throttle linkage and its still idling this high.. I took off the TB, Plenum and runners and cleaned them all thoroughly (there was 16 years worth of build-up) and reinstalled with new gaskets, put all new vacuum tubing in and a new EGR valve in, put some oil on the throttle linkage spring (thinking it may be sticking). The EGR solenoid was working properly. I reset the TPS. I started the car this morning and it's still idling at the same rpm as before....

Any other ideas where to go from here??????????

Thanks for any help

It sure sounds like you have vacuum leak. Short of that, how about your TPS? should read between .3-.9V and the throttle angle should be 0 degrees at idle. But my $ is on the vacuum leak.
