Default TPIS Header question

I am about to order the TPIS headers for my GS. What is the installation like? My friend who works at an exhaust shop is helping so I don't think it will be too bad. Any tips or pointers would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Does anyone know about refinishing the coated headers? I had a shop ruin them a couple years ago. Since I am swapping heads, I might get them refinished. TIA.

I just got my pics this morning (late on checking emails) and they came out VERY nice... who did the custom work for you? My kit goes from the headers into a single cat, then into a rear y-pipe. I was told it would flow the power I will be making better than a dual setup.

How much will the headers move the torque peak? This is important because I am shopping for a converter and was considering the Yank ST3500 but thats too much for a stock LT1's torque peak. Whereas if the headers move my torque peak into the 4000rpm range, I will be fine.

Basically I need to see someone's dyno sheet who has a basically stock LT1 with headers.

Thanks!

Dave, thanks for the pis, they look great. Question for you: It appears that you went to a heated(3 wire) O2 sensor. Was this required to keep it at operating temp with the headers, or was your car originally equipped like that?
