Hey everyone ,
I'm replacing alot of the top end this weekend and ran into a snag.I got her down to bare heads and there is a connecter pipe running along the back of the heads looking to be a coolant passage(1993 )Thanx to Mr. Jeff Kopp for having me order the washers to replace ! anyway my question is this does anybody know the size of these buggers ;I've tried every wrench I have and none fit quite right thought 14 mm but that slipped too !! HELP !! Thanx in advance

Mine is 15 mm, nothing on the fractional side comes even close. Probably won't work for you if the 14 is too big. Sorry.

Worn wrench maybe?

I have two 15mm's One is an older craftsman normal wrench. It's a little loose. The new very rarely used craftsman stubby one is tighter.

Seems like you need to track down a snap on truck.

I do love their tools though. We've got one set of snap on wrenches and they are very nice.
