I just lay down a couple small pieces of 2x10 to drive up on before the ramps (Rhino ramps) and it works fine for me (my suspension is stock).

My ramps didn't work properly...

Air damn touched them.. Even with the first wooden table only (the biggest one in first photo)

Don't understand very well what do you meant for "play hell"

Is it dangerous? Or is it a way to say?

If dangerous why do you think this?

Allow me to attempt to translate. Yes, I've worked underneath mine while it's been up on front ramps only....and yes it is possible, but with my ample physique, forget about doing very much, since not all that much of me would fit under there...or it's "play hell", i.e difficult to get much done with the car up on front ramps only.

Ok think I got it

So are you speaking about that's no room to move well for who have an ample physique,

Then I can relax, didn't you speak about car possibility to fall down, dont you?

I'm 5'7" and 182, so i work well i had recently replace trans fluid
