can anyone tell me the torque spec for the driveplate mounting bolts
Nearly 50 hits and "no takers". I'll bite and ask you what type of "boat" are we working on. Nearly every application where the term "driveplate" is used is something other than a conventional connection between the engine and whatever it is that applies/converts the power.
You might also maybe pass on the engine that you're inquiring about.

Actually in GM terminology they're BOTH "flywheels" - in many/most conversations an AT flywheel is incorrectly referred to as a "flex-plate". A flywheel has a ring gear and a flex-plate does NOT.
100Nm (74 lbft) for the A4 flywheel to crankshaft mating flange.
When you're looking for information/help here you might add the year and which engine/trans you're actually working with. In this case the L98/LT1 share the same spec. It isn't to be assumed that ALL C4's are the same - they just ain't
